Just a quick note to those vendors looking for locations and are scared to death of getting ripped off by a locating company, or are afraid of getting a real bad location.

I can't guarantee I won't get you a bad location, but, I can guarantee if you don't like the location I got you I will replace it for free, that's any, or all of them.

However; there is one important guarantee I can make, I will not rip you off. And frankly I get tired, I understand, but I still get tired of being compared to those companies that do rip their customers off. It's not us and we aren't those companies. Most of those companies come and go whereas, we have been around for over 12 years. Our BBB rating is no mistake.

I just had a call the other day from a vendor telling me about the bad experience they had with a prior locating company and unfortunately I get these calls all the time. It's the same story over and over again, outrageous promises were made that could have never been kept and income amounts were exaggerated. This locating company pulled out all of the tricks. The customer in indsight saw all of the red flags, and sure enough, days later most of the locations were back in their garage.

Myths Debunked:
Online reviews are reliable. False
Some of the bad reviews are made up by companies to discredit their competitors. Some of the good reviews are from companies for self promotion. And some are are a mix of real comments and road rage comments. The only problem is it is difficult, if not impossible, to distinguish one from the other. The truth from the hype.

Stay away from companies that charge upfront fees. False
