Please refer to the specific guarantees or warranties designated for the specific product or service. If no guarantee is presented at the time of purchase for your product, the general guarantee of the DK Companies LLC will go into affect.
The General Guarantee of DK Companies llc is, we wiil accept returns on all paid purchased products and give full refunds if the product is in its original condition and packaging upon a notification in writing and within the respectable time period of from the time the order was shipped to the time of 14 days after. Purchaser is responsable for all of the return's shipping and handling except for when items have been damaged during shipment. Returns and refunds for damaged shipments must have verification of such damage at time of delivery from the shipper. Refunds for services must be initiated before the service has been started by DK Companies LLC. Any services that have already been started but is granted a refund will not be eligable for a full refund, but a portion equal to the services already performed or a flat fee of already costs incurred of 25% of the whole service cost amount, whichever is lessor, will be refunded.
