1. How do I order locations?
Ordering location placements is easy. Go to our Vending Placement Prices section and order on line, or Call us and one of our helpful associates will be glad to take your order.

Unlike most companies, we stand behind all of the work we do and will replace any non-performing location. That is the DK 100% replacement guarantee.3.How do I get a replacement?
Its very simple, all you have to do is give us the name, address, and phone number of the location and we will have it replaced immediately.
4. How long is your guarantee?
Our guarantee is for 60 days and 90 days, six cycles. That is plenty of time to determine if a location is going to be successful. However, for those vendors that need more time, we do offer Free Extension Guarantees and Lifetime Guarantees.
5. How long does it take for me to get my locations?
The time frame for getting profitable locations varies from town to town and it also depends on the type of equipment. Orders of 1 to 5 bulk candy machines take less than a week. Larger equipment such as drink and snack machines can take up to two weeks.
6. What happens if I don’t like a location?
This is never a problem and we will gladly find you another location. All of our customers have the right to refuse a location. However, the locations solicited by DK Locating have historically been proven to be the most successful locations for our customers and their products. We know no location company can be correct one hundred percent of the time, however; with our outstanding guarantees that allow you to get 100% replacement, along with our yars of experience, we highly recommend and appreciate your consideration for every location that we refer to you. Many vendors realize pre-judging a location can cost them very large profits.

We always replace those locations free of charge.
8. How do I get my locations?
How you receive your locations is decided by you. Some customers like to have them faxed, but most prefer locations sent to them by email.
9. When do I make payment?
You pay up front for the Telemarketing Services and a 50% deposit is suggested for projects that require the personal assistance of one of our Personal Representatives. No need to worry, we have been accepting upfront payments for over ten years and if we were taking our customer's money without getting them great locations, surely, someone would have complained to the BBB.10. Are your Field Representatives subcontractors?
Very rarely do we use subcontractors and when we do, it is because we have no other options and then and only then, we use one of the few that can be trusted. DK Locating has consistently paid those locators more and it is reflected in the quality of work they deliver. However, most of the time, you can count on getting a Personal Representative that is part of the DK Companies family.11. When I choose the option of hiring a Field Representative from your company do I have to accompany them?
Although most of our customers have other obligations and choose not to go, we recommend that you be part of the location process and allow us to teach you the tricks of the trade. Going along also allows us to give you invaluable tips and you also get to meet the business owners.12. Will it void my Guarantee if I choose not to go with the Field Representative?.
It will not void the agreement nor your guarantee. This is what sets DK Locating apart from the other companies. We trust all of our people to do a good job and there is never a need, nor should it be your job, to keep an eye on any one that you hire. Our people have consistently delivered successful locations to our customers throughout the years

Yes we do sell machines and routes for many of our customers. And many of our customers use our location services for the sole purpose of building profitable routes just to resell. Routes created by us have historically been more profitable and always bring more value.
16. How can you locate over the phone without ever seeing a business?
In a sense we have seen every location. Our proprietary online database gives us access to all businesses big and small. In addition, we have access to metrics including the number of employees, square footage, gross sales, and business type.
17. Do you offer discounts on large orders?
If you order more than 100 locations at a time we can offer small discounts. Keep in mind our expenses per location is the same whether you order 1 or 100 locations. Quality control is a must and if we cut our price we will have to cut corners like those other discount locators. Most complaints in the industry is towards those type of companies because they can never afford to uphold their promises and obligations.

We provide all of our customers a Delivery Process Guide that will walk you through each step needed for a successful delivery. It is a very easy process and the locations are already expecting you and are waiting for your arrival.
19. When I arrive with my bulk vending machine what should I say?
Always carry the machine in with you. This is how we suggest you begin, "Hello my name is John and I am here to drop off the candy machine that Bill, (the owner), approved". Look for a place to put it where you think will get the most traffic, (next to the cash register or the front door), and suggest placing it there. Thank them and explain you will be servicing it on a regular basis.
