Step 1 - Location Placement Ordering

There are three ways you can order locations. You can order at our catolog section, through our menu, both online, or you can call us and we will be glad to answer any questions and place your order then.Our company's success has been contributed to our flexibility and our willingness to work with our customers so any order changes you wish to make just call us and we will be glad to authorize you to do so. All Terms of Services are posted online.

Step 2 – Project Focus            

       The Project Orientation Form is the most valuable tool we have in getting you those desirable locations that are both profitable and convenient to service. The questions are designed to allow my staff and I to get to know you better and to have a better understanding of your expectations. The more questions you answer, the more on target and succesful we will be and the more satisfied and successful you will be. Please fill out all the questions that pertain to your particular project.

Step 3 – Payment Options

      We have four options available for payment. You can mail us a check. We can accept credit card payments over the phone..You can make a payment on our website through Google, an online payment system that is securely used by millions of people. Or we can invoice you. We no longer accept Paypal because of an overwhelming requrest by our customers to switch to Google Checkout. We have to agree. Google is a more secure way of accepting payments and is more customer friendly.

Step 4 – Starting Your Project

     Once payment has been received and funds have cleared, we immediately start processing your order. All of the information we received from your Project Focus form will be entered into our database and this will give us a list of the most qualified businesses in your area.. We then assign your project to a member of our staff that has plenty of experience in getting the best locations for your particular machine or item. All of our staff are professional, honest, and very imformative. At DK Locating we find using the best people, and paying more for them, gives our clients better results and assurres them that when they go to the location they are not met with any surprises.

Step 5 – Location Placement Approved

      Once we have received approval for the placement of your equipment, our staff person hands it over to our managers for verification. Our managers call the business and thank them while verifying all of the information they gave us. We also verify that proper authorization was given for the placement. After we have verified the correctness of the approval, we immediately e-mail the information to you for delivery. You will receive the name, address, phone number, contact person, and the best times for delivery. We will also include important comments from the location or if there is a need for additional instructions.

Step 6 -Replacement Request

Although our company has historically given better locations throughout our years of service, no company is always 100% correct and sometimes our clients need to have a location replaced. What separates us from other companies is we guarantee 100% of our locations and not just 20 to 30%. Our replacement policy is very simple. Fill out a simple Location Replacement Form, send it in, and we’ll immediately get you a new location. It's that easy!
