  • We have four options available for payment.

  • All of our payment options are safe and secure. We are PCI Compliant as well as all of our payment partners.

  • No information is never stored and upon completion of the transaction is always shredded.

  • For the concern of our customers we no longer accept Paypal. Because of an overwhelming request by our customers and their complaints about Paypal's practices of freezing accounts and poor customer service, we chose to switch to Google Checkout.

Rush Service:

  • Guaranteed placement approval within one week (7 days), excluding weekends.
  • One week,(7 days) starts upon receivership of Vender's Project Orientation form.
  • Full Refund of Rush fee for failure to get an approved placement within the allotted time.

Warranty and Extended Warranty Information:

60 Day Warranty:

  • For every location you order we provide you with 1 free replacement location.
  • Replacement locations may be used if you are not satisfied with a location for any reason.
  • You have 60 days from the date we find a location to request a free replacement.
  • If a machine is kicked out because the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine, in the first 60 days from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.
  • Machines Kicked out do not count against the free replacement warranty..

90 Day Warranty:

  • For every location you order we provide you with 1 free replacement location.
  • Replacement locations may be used if you are not satisfied with a location for any reason.
  • You have 90 days from the date we find a location to request a free replacement.
  • If a machine is kicked out because the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine, in the first 90 days from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.
  • Machines Kicked out do not count against the free replacement warranty.

120 Day Warranty

  • For every location you order we provide you with 1 free replacement location.
  • Replacement locations may be used if you are not satisfied with a location for any reason.
  • You have 120 days from the date we find a location to request a free replacement.
  • If a machine is kicked out because the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine, in the first 120 days from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.
  • Machines Kicked out do not count against the free replacement warranty.

 Drink 1 Year Warranty:

  • For every location you order we provide you with 1 free replacement location.
  • Replacement locations may be used if you are not satisfied with a location for any reason.
  • You have 1 Year from the date we find a location to request a free replacement.
  • If a machine is kicked out because the manager or owner asks you to remove the machine, in the first 1 Year from the date the location is found we will replace it free of charge.

Lifetime Warranty:

MEMBERS: (DK Companies Customers)

  • Lifetime replacement for every location order.
  • Lifetime replacement may be requested for any reason.
  • Replacements can be used for both original placed and replaced locations.
  • All Lifetime replacements must be sequential and initiated from original placement.
  • Lifetime replacements can only be requested by Replacement Form.
  • Substitutions of Replacement Form are acceptable if all required information is provided.

NON- MEMBERS: (Had no original placement order with DK Companies)

  • Lifetime replacement is valid only on machines presently on location.
  • Machines location must be registered to establish original placement.
  • A 60 day waiting period is required from registration to first replacement request.
  • An initial fee of $10.00 per registered location is required.
  • Lifetime replacement for every registered location.
  • Lifetime replacement may be requested for any reason.
  • Replacements can be used for both original placed and replaced locations.
  • All Lifetime replacements must be sequential and initiated from original placement.

Extended Warranty:

  • These are additional warranties applicable to previously purchased warranties.
  • Are bound by the terms of original or corresponding warranty.
  • These warranties go into effect on the day of original warranties expiration.
  • Extended Warranties can not be renewed or extended.
  • A fee of thirty dollars will be charged for any extensions or renewing of this warranty.
  • Non Members can purchase an extended warranty at a fee of thirty dollars

Project Orientation:

The Project Orientation form is used to allow us to familiarize DK Locating with your objectives, your needs, and your wishes. It tells us what you want, what you expect, and what you don't want for a location. It sets up the parameters in which we should use to look for a location placement for your order. It is important that the form be filled out completely and accurately. Refunds will not be given to any approved location placements given to the vendor that fall within the parameters of the information provided. However, replacements can be provided.

Location Replacements:

  • All location replacement requests must be done in writing.
  • All approved location refusals must be done in writing.
  • Replacement or refusal of approved locations must be requested by Replacement Form.
  • Substitutions of Replacement Form are acceptable if all required information is provided.
  • All location replacements will be honored after the initial order has been completed.
  • All location approvals will be credited to order.
  • Notification of business refusal must be done immediately and by any convenient means.
  • Business refusal of placement will not be credited to order.
  • All requested replacements and refusals are subject to verification and approval

Member Services:

  • Any purchase made from DK Companies llc and its subsidiaries constitutes membership.
  • There are no further fees or obligations to maintain membership.
  • Memberships does have its privilege.

Non Member Services:

  • Non Members do not enjoy the privileges, benefits, or prices of Members
  • Any purchase made from DK Companies llc and its subsidiaries constitutes membership.
  • There are no further fees or obligations to maintain or become a member.
  • Memberships does have its privilege.

A La Carte Services:

  • Ala Carte Menu allows vendor to purchase and not to purchase services offered.
  • Services or Products listed in A La Carte are separate purchases individual in themselves.
  • Placements come with no warranty and Warranties come with no placements.
  • Warranties must be purchased for placements and come with no placements.
  • Warranties can be designated by the order of the purchase.
  • Warranties will be designated to the preceding placement or...
  • Warranties are designated sequential to the placement purchases starting with the first.

Hourly Blocks Services:

  • Purchase is for outgoing phone services only.
  • No services are provided for any activity that is not legal.
  • Services performed are telemarketing for sales, appointments, locating, and broadcasting.
  • Performance of a minimum of 45 calls per hour is guaranteed not counting exceptions.
  • Exceptions to 45 call minimum are services that require more time per call.
  • All performance guarantees will be negotiated understood prior to start of service.
  • Phone records verifying performance will be provided upon written request.
  • If performance is not provided as guaranteed, a full refund will be granted.
  • There is no warranty on results.

Vendor / Locator Exchange Services:

  • Used for the exchange of commerce between businesses, vendors, locators, locating companies, vending companies, and telemarketers only.
  • A posting information site for the purpose of networking only.
  • No posting of opinions, or derogatory or otherwise about any company or person(s).
  • A $25.00 Monthly fee is required
  • All orders must be prepaid
  • After payment, allow twenty-four hours for access and posting privileges.
  • All postings and access will be removed upon expiration or nonpayment of order.
  • DK Companies does not guarantee, nor is responsible for any results or transactions.

Agreement of Transactions Terms and Conditions:

The locations solicited by DK Locating have historically been proven to be the most successful locations for our customers and their products. No location company can be correct one hundred percent of the time, however; with our outstanding guarantees that allow you to get relocations, we highly recommend and appreciate your consideration for every location that we refer to you. Many vendors realize pre-judging a location can cost them large profits.  DK Locating does not guarantee the amount of vends or income per location, however; we are determined to get confirmed placements at locations that should be successful.

.1) The vendor understands and accepts all responsibility involved in the terms and execution of this agreement, and understands and accepts, there is no deviation from terms and execution of said agreement without prior written consent.

2) All items must be ready for retail operation at the agreed upon time of placement and machine placements must occur within 7 days of receiving the location approval and/or arrangements must be completed.. Special circumstances may warrant an extended placement time. Failure to do either may jeopardize your warranty and/or replacement

3) After placement, the vendor must conduct their business in a manner that won’t affect their retail operation’s success. 

4) To activate the warranties, and/or to request replacements, the vendor must send copies of the Replacement Activation Form, or a similar substitution, exact in its requirements, to DK Locating, which must be filled out in its entirety.

5) Warranties cover the relocation of the item from its original location only and all items must be removed prior to replacement.

6) The warranties cover only one replacement per each original location and is not restricted to the amount of locations.

7) The warranty must be activated within the program’s allotted time, no exceptions.

8) The program’s allotted time begins on the date the location's approval was forwarded to vendor.

9) Vendor reserves the right of refusal up to 20% of the total original location order or , whichever is less. 

11) Location refusals must be requested in the same manner as location replacements

12) All guarantee programs are bound by the *terms and conditions.

13) Payment for any service constitutes acceptance of all agreements, terms, and conditions.

14) Special terms All terms are subject to change without notice. Orders will not be refunded prior to 30 days after an order is placed, this time must be granted to complete an order. Refunds will not be granted after a location has initially been found. Full refunds wail not be granted once an order has been initiated.
Full refunds are granted for any reason prior to vendor sending Project Orientation form.


It is always DK Locating's practice to enter into any and all agreements honorably and responsibly without misrepresentation or fraud. Therefore, any misrepresentation or conscience fraud by Vendor voids all our contractual obligations.
